Baked Chicken

Ingredientes

  • Chicken - thighs, breasts, drumsticks ( aka whatever you want )
  • Seasoning
  • Favorite Hot Sauce
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time       : 35-40 minutes


First, preheat the oven to about 425° F (220°C).


Grab a large pan, cover it with aluminum foil. Now place all your chicken on the pan.



Take your favorite seasoning and spread that stuff liberal. Use whatever you want (e.g. salt, pepper, chili, paprika, herbs).



Follow it all up with some nice hot sauce. (Again, use whatever you like best.)


Just before everything hits the oven, sprinkle every piece with that fine juice.


Now wrap everything up tight and in the oven it goes.

After about 30 minutes of cooking:
