Spicy Chili

Read more for: step by step how to with pictures, ingredients and preparation time

Ingredientes

  • 4-5lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 clove of Garlic
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 3 Serrano Peppers
  • 3 Habanero Peppers
  • 2 cans of tomato paste
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (or take fresh tomatoes if you like)
  • 2 small cans whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cans of beans
  • Soy Sauce
  • Spices (Salt, Pepper, Chili powder, Cayenne Pepper and Cumin)
Preparation and Cooking time (combined): 60-70 minutes

First:

Put meat in pan on stove, turn stove on. Start adding Salt.

Add Garlic.

While meat is browning, chop this shit up.

Be careful, habaneros are hot. Don't go grabbing your face or other sensitive organs. Wash the hands.
If your greens and yellows look like this, good job!

Now Spices, take whatever you want. My selection:

Meat should be brown by now. Start adding spices generously.

Now, add onions, peppers and the greens

Open everything tomatoes! If you used fresh tomatoes cut them in small pieces, then add.

Now you can either let everything cook for at least another 20-30 minutes or add beans and then let it cook. I did and added a splash of soy sauce. Don't forget to stir.

For best taste you should however put the heat on low and let it simmer for a couple of hours, then

Enjoy :)
