Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
First Grab a large bowl and mix together the sugar, flour and baking soda.
In another smaller bowl, mix the egg with the buttermilk and milk. Stir up good, then combine them.
Now stir slow until most crumbs out gone. Then let it sit for 10 minutes.
I decided to try something special this time and added chocolate mix (powder).
Now all there is left to do is throw on the pan and spoon out enough batter to make a pancake :)
Enjoy ;)
