As usual, read more for: step by step pictures, ingredients, preparation and cooking time.
First let me get started by telling you this is way easier than you think it will be. All you need is:
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose Flour
- 1 cup semolina Flour
- 3 tbsps olive Oil
- 3 Eggs
- Salt
Preparation and Cooking time: 50-60 minutes
Lets begin,
Make a ditch in the center of your flour oval.
Eggs, crack them open and carefully place them in one by one.
Add the oil, prepare for a smaller disaster. I almost screwed up.
Gradually combine the liquids with the solids.
Prepare to get your hands dirty, the fork wont do it all!
Shape the mass into ball form and wrap it in plastic, let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes
Roll everything flat and use your imagination. You can make nearly any form of pasta you want. If you remember, i chose this shape
Now, boil the pasta for 4-7 minutes or until al dente.
Serve with your favorite sauce. If you don't have a favorite sauce, don't fear ill cover this topic soon.
Enjoy ;)
Looks tasty gonna give it a go
